Main Auditorium: Complete renovation and modernization of the 19th Floor Auditorium at Con Edisonís World Headquarters.The work included a new Audio Visual center, a three movie screen stage, ADA compliance, new bathrooms, and support spaces.All mechanical, electrical/data/audio visual, and fire safety issues were upgraded. The project was completed in time for ConEdís 2001 shareholders meeting - an important milestone as it was the first time the meeting was held at the headquarters in recent company history. The value of the project was $2 million, and was completed in 2000.
Control Room: New Control Room servicing the Metropolitan area used to monitor all utility activity.The work involved the creation of a high technology Control Room including substantial data and electrical lines, millwork, glass interior partitions, mechanical and fire safety upgrades.The value of the project was $5 million, and was completed in 2000
