JP Morgan Chase Branch Renovation Work |
The Velez Organization constructed a new, million dollar bank branch for Chemical/Chase in 1996. This raw space tenant fit-out included the street level main floor, and two sub floors.
In addition, the Velez Organization was selected as Construction Manager for Chase’s Branch Consolidation Program for all branch modifications for the boroughs of Brooklyn and Staten Island. The project work involved new branch installations, teller modifications, main office bank improvements, and ATM retrofitting in eleven occupied bank branches. The value of the construction work is estimated at $10 million dollars.
