Multi-phase hospital modernization program completed within an active healthcare campus for NYC Health & Hospitals and DASNY. As part of the Construction Management team, Velez Organization supported the coordination and delivery of renovations to psychiatric, pediatric, AIDS, emergency, and clinical care units, along with major infrastructure upgrades including fire alarm, sprinkler, roofing, window, and façade improvements across multiple hospital buildings.
