Interior installation of a high-technology physical chemistry laboratory within the historic Havemeyer Hall, including dry and wet lab environments featuring a synthetic lab, hood lab, and three laser laboratories, along with instructional/seminar areas and supporting office spaces. The project included installation and integration of hood exhaust systems and ductwork with existing rooftop mechanical equipment, requiring complex coordination within the building’s existing infrastructure.
