On-call construction management services supporting capital improvement and emergency projects across the NYC School Construction Authority’s portfolio of schools throughout all five boroughs. Work included sitework, safety and protection measures, landscaping, waterproofing, façade and walkway repairs, miscellaneous metal installations, and ongoing maintenance of building systems and infrastructure.

Scope also included coordination of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, along with emergency response services such as stabilization of building systems, dewatering, and safety-related interventions. Services were performed across multiple active and occupied school facilities, requiring phased execution, off-hours work, and rapid response to time-sensitive conditions.
