Velez Organization is providing on-call general construction services to Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) as requested by BPCA for various construction and capital maintenance and repair projects on an On-Call basis. The On-Call GC Services shall include, but not be limited to:

• General interior construction
• Civil/site work including excavation
• Emergency response demolition and repairs
• Small-scale construction and demolition work
• Testing/probes
• Masonry
• Miscellaneous repairs and alterations
• Leak repair and waterproofing
• Provision of subcontractors for MEP and other specialized work as needed
