Large-scale 27-acre waterfront park and infrastructure redevelopment for the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) and NYC Parks Department at the Bronx Terminal Market. The project included new parkland, recreational facilities, public open spaces, waterfront improvements, utility infrastructure, and site enhancements supporting one of the Bronx’s most significant urban redevelopment initiatives. Velez Organization served as the Construction Manager, overseeing construction coordination, contractor management, stakeholder collaboration, and phased project delivery for this multi-agency public infrastructure project.
