Velez Organization provided emergency construction management services supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) 2018–2022 Strategic Plan, helping ensure the resiliency of New York City in the face of natural or manmade emergency disasters. Velez provided supervision, management, and administrative services, along with other construction management and professional services such as disaster debris monitoring, as directed through Task Orders issued by the Commissioner.
