On-call construction management services supporting multiple capital improvement projects across DASNY’s downstate portfolio, including projects with individual values up to $10 million. Services included estimating, scheduling, inspection, construction supervision, and coordination of electrical, mechanical, and site work, as well as commissioning and administrative support. The engagement also included providing CM personnel to augment DASNY staff and respond to emergency and safety-related project needs.
