Large-scale 640,000 SF hospital modernization and expansion project delivered for NYC Health & Hospitals. The project included new additions, renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and modernization of critical medical, communication, piping, and boiler systems within an active healthcare environment. Velez Organization served as part of the Construction Management joint venture overseeing coordination of more than 60 prime contractors and subcontractors during phased construction operations.
