Interior construction of 520,000 SF across eight state-of-the-art trading floors for JPMorgan Chase’s new Global Headquarters at 270 Park Avenue, New York City. The project included high-performance trading environments, raised access flooring systems, flexible office spaces, collaboration areas, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, connecting staircases, and premium architectural finishes within one of the nation’s most advanced sustainable office towers. Velez Organization served as a member of the Turner Construction, McKissack & McKissack, and Velez Organization Construction Management Tri-Venture, overseeing construction management services and project coordination for the successful delivery of this flagship corporate development.
