Building envelope rehabilitation project including replacement of roof systems, skylights, access doors, and exterior windows, as well as repairs and sealing of precast façade panels. The scope also included installation of roof access ladders and guardrails, replacement of the rooftop observatory, and abatement of hazardous materials, performed within an active campus environment.
