Velez actively manages the certification process, including LEED and Fitwel, with experienced professionals overseeing documentation, coordination, and compliance tracking through platforms such as Green Badger. We have successfully delivered projects across all levels of LEED certification, including Platinum.
Our approach ensures that sustainability goals are not only achieved, but executed efficiently—without compromising schedule, cost, or quality.
