Building-wide infrastructure upgrades to a 15-story academic and research facility, including replacement of existing air-conditioning units with a central chiller system and new air handlers, along with cleaning and balancing of air distribution systems. The project also included rehabilitation of research floors and support spaces, as well as comprehensive upgrades to the building’s primary electrical systems, performed within an active, occupied facility.
