Construction management program for the renovation and modernization of multiple Chase Manhattan Bank branches throughout Brooklyn and Staten Island. The program included new branch build-outs, teller line renovations, main banking area improvements, ATM retrofits, and interior renovations completed within occupied financial institutions. Velez Organization served as the Construction Manager, overseeing planning, contractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and phased construction to minimize disruptions while maintaining continuous banking operations across eleven branch locations.
