Velez Organization served as a subconsultant to AECOM Tishman, providing construction management support services for The New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The project consists of approximately 2.6 million square feet of new international terminal facilities being constructed in multiple phases and will ultimately include 23 international gates, modern passenger processing areas, airline lounges, retail and dining concessions, baggage handling systems, and supporting airside infrastructure.

As part of the AECOM Tishman team, Velez supported construction oversight activities within an active international airport environment, coordinating with multiple contractors and stakeholders while maintaining ongoing airport operations. Our staff participated in field coordination, quality oversight, documentation, and project controls in support of the successful delivery of this large-scale aviation infrastructure project.
