Transformation of an existing 3,200 SF garage into a modern Community Engagement Center for the Gateway Development Commission supporting the Hudson Tunnel Project. The project included public exhibit and education spaces, interactive displays, conference and meeting rooms, administrative offices, architectural millwork, high-end interior finishes, MEP upgrades, audiovisual systems, technology infrastructure, and FF&E installation. Velez Organization served as the General Contractor, overseeing all construction operations, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety, and project scheduling while successfully delivering a high-quality public facility on an accelerated schedule.
