New 142,000 SF ambulatory care pavilion developed for NYC Health & Hospitals to consolidate and modernize outpatient healthcare services within the Queens Hospital Center campus. As part of the Construction Management team, Velez Organization supported delivery of a six-story patient-centered facility housing primary care, pediatric, behavioral health, dental, ophthalmology, and specialty clinic services connected to the main hospital through enclosed pedestrian bridges.
